Very happy with technician working on a Saturday evening. Cost was a little steep, but this has been an expensive furnace to repair from purchase. Good job professional repairman can fix it.

I live in a mobile home and with the latest cold weather my sewer line from one of the toilets froze. Called Gentlemen Plumbers to send a technician out to check out the problem. He explained to us that the mobile has settled over the years and put our pipes out of line and there were some spots that were holding some water and after time built up and finally froze. The tech was very friendly and explained everything so we could understand what needed to be done.

Action Auger (The Gentlemen Plumbers) have been fantastic in their response to multiple problems I've had with both my furnace and hot water tank. Even during holiday hours and while I was away on vacation. Wayne and a few other techs have been friendly, well mannered, clean and knowledgeable. Most of all they have been trust worthy in my home by themselves.

On Boxing Day, with temperatures of -20 or lower, our furnace stopped working. The crew from Action Auger came out and got it running the same day. I appreciated their price guide so I knew up front what it was going to cost. We've used them before, and we will use them again. Thanks!

Arrived on time, clean and courteous. Explained cost of service and provided excellent service. Answered all questions honestly, disposed of all old material and cleaned up the job site. Would recommend company and use again for additional work.

Response time was great. Service fabulous both for the problem I called with & home inspection which showed an issue that was going to be a major problem & was fixed to prevent whole drain back up.
Technician was very professional, explained things well was neat & tidy in his work.

Shane W. was extremely personable and great at explaining the nature of the problem I was having with my bathroom sink and tub drains, toilet, and short water temperature. He was very clear about the cost upfront. He worked diligently and cleaned up any mess made during the servicing. I would highly recommend Shane to my friends and neighbours!

The gentleman doing the work was very diligent did an excellent job, and he took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He walked me through the home inspection and presented some good ideas.

I thought the prices were very high.

Water pipes froze during cold snap. Called and had Adam Visser come out within a coupe of hours. Excellent service and very thorough, personable and explained what i had to do yo prevent this happening again.

Sewer was backed you. Crew arrived less than one hour aftert the call and conducted the necessary steps to unplug the sewer. In addition, they fixed another small leek and replaced taps and hoses for washing maching. Crews was very professional, work was well done and worksite left clean.
