I called in because my toilet sprung a leak and flooded my bathroom, and they were able to get the technicians out to me within an hour. Adam and Shane were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the problems they found, provided me with my options without being pushy about selling me service, and were able to address other issues I had been having (and procrastinating about fixing) while on site. Grateful for their help and highly recommend!

Slow leaking shower caused by a calcified cartridge. After reviewing the product, and searching for the proper replacement, the damaged item was removed and replaced. The shower is now working properly and all leaks have been removed.

The first guy came and did it wrong and our mains broke a couple days later, flooding the whole basement.

Your company's saving grace is that the NEXT guy you sent was highly personable, accepted blame on himself despite knowing that it wasn't his actual fault, and was very very apologetic and good. I'm also happy that you cover everything that was damaged.

I have had Gentlemen Plumbers to my home for various plumbing, furnace and hot water tank repairs and replacements over the years and most recently for furnace diagnostics. They are always professional, helpful and efficient. I would recommend them to any home owner.

I called in to fix a clogged drain at my restaurant. The service was very friendly and fast. Serviceman was knowledgeable and informative. He did a good job and I will use this company again in the future.

While rushing to get kids out the door this morning, one of them noticed that the ceiling was dripping...right under our ensuite toilet. We called for service and were given an appointment 2 hours from the time I called in. They called to let me know that they could arrive about 20 minutes early..what a relief!! Upon checking out the issue, they let me know that the toilet seal/flange needed to be repaired...I asked them to do the same for the other bathroom on that floor too as they were installed at relatively the same time. The gentlemen cheerfully pulled out two toilets, installed a brand new toilet on one (the one that was causing the leak) as well as replacing the flange and seal on the other one and installing brand new cut off valve for each. By lunchtime, my problem was fixed as well as my other concerns addressed without any muss or fuss. They always ask on the phone "how can we make you smile?", well, I'm smiling!!!

Dishwasher would not clean too each items very well. Adam and his partner took the time to check all possible options and discovered the kitchen drain was partly plugged and clear d the obstruction curing the dishwasher issue

A dripping faucet outside looked like bad news for the upcoming winter freeze and then the valve shut off for the dishwasher also developed a slow leak. Adam and Shayne from The Gentleman Plumbers arrived when expected and were knowledgeable as well as approachable. The job was done professionally and the whole experience was as pleasant as a visit from a plumber can be. Definitely recommend.

Have had several plumbers come over to assess my water heater problem. I have been very dissatisfied with their customer service and one even wanted me to pay up front bef9re the service was complete. Ive had many ptoblems with a house I just moved into 3 weeks ago, so to say the least I need a plumber that won't complicate nor overcharge me. I believe I've found that in you. My dear friend's brothers are associated with Gentelmen Plumbers and gave me the referral.
