We had a toilet leak and chose to use the opportunity to upgrade our toilet. Action Auger installed our new toilet and fixed the seal which was the cause of our leak. Their service included a home inspection that flagged another potential plumbing issue in our basement. Very satisfied with the work. Great customer service.

I paid for one container of bio-smart. He gave good recommendations, was very courteous, friendly, and informative. It is a good way to keep your home in good condition and a reminder to do so.

Had an old toilet that was leaking and didn’t work properly. Had to get replaced. Kris Brown from gentlemen plumbers cane and replaced it. He was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable in what he did. Recommended a few things that need to replaced. Kris from Gentlemen Plumbers was super friendly and knowledgeable and explained the options and repairs. He took the time to review the problems and complete the most cost effective repairs. He gave some helpful tips of things to watch for in the future as well as a detailed list of other repair items to consider. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

Leaking valve in the drop ceiling of the basement to an outside tap -- Friday, 4pm. I'm rural and an hour away from the closest center. Richard and Danny were there within an hour and a half. I found the company online. I needed a kitchen plumbing leak fixed for a home inspection. They also did a free home inspection and found the expired washing machine hoses and replaced them. A previous home inspector missed this problem. Kale and Danny were great guys. Personable and professionable. It was a great experience

Kelly arrived at our home mid evening and was here for approximately an hour and 3/4. He was a very pleasant and very efficient. He had the necessary equipment to do the job and he got right to the work. He was able to clear the obstruction and get the drain running properly. He cleaned up after himself in a very timely manner. We were very satisfied with the work and the professionalism that he showed all the time he was here. It was a very pleasant experience.
