The doors were poorly installed which effectively means I have a draft where there wasn’t before. I called to ask that they address the problem , they returned my call and insured they would come out ,which they never did. I would not recommend this company.

Bill came with a reasonable price and with the best product. He was on time each day, stayed the whole day and was there until the job was complete. He helped in making sure I did not spend money that was not needed and recommended keeping my existing front door though I had asked for a full replacement throughout. My new windows and doors are simply beautiful and the service was amazing. I highly recommend Bill Kennedy Windows and Doors.
