Late 2005 project, cladding a brand new house in vinyl siding. Company owner unreliable, not very friendly. Job took much longer than promised, siding still moves, exposing gaping holes where boards meet. The biggest issue was with the waterspouts. The house is 50ft. wide and yet, there is no water runoff anywhere in the front which creates a spring waterfall effect cascading right onto the front steps. That in turn freezes, creating an inch thick layer of ice on the steps, very dangerous... Contacted the company owner numerous times in the early spring following the installation, to ask for an additional water runoff, never received ANY response. Payment was expected and demanded on job completion. Needless to say, I can't wait to rip this stuff off my house and start new with someone reliable and skilled.
