Had our under belly fixed by this company. Good communication and work. Never saw anyone they came did the work then left. Which was nice since we have new born twins and Covid 19. Would highly recommend.

We had a lot of water damage from a toilet that had the connector tube break in the middle of the night. RCC had their demo people arrive very quickly which is of course very important with water damage. They were friendly and comforting which is what you need at that point. Through every step, they were in contact and checking in to make sure everything was going well on my end. All of the tradespeople they sent were professional, friendly and efficient. Each step, of what could be a real nightmare, was made easier because of their service. I would definitely recommend you give their services.

We are very impressed with this construction company. My husband and I had some pretty substantial repairs done to our basement recently but because of having parrots and a baby we were very worried about chemicals being used in our repairs. Because of this we requested zero VOC paint, extra use of the air purifier and reduction of drywall dust. Basically anything involving chemicals we were very concerned about. The company and the contractor did a fantastic job of meeting our needs and used zero VOC paint as requested. He even painted the baseboards elsewhere so they didn't need to dry in our house. This company was quick to schedule repairs and to complete them, and our no contact requests were also met. Even with my double and triple checking of whether chemicals were used, they showed us a lot of patience. Overall a very good experience and very professional company. Josh was great and easy to deal with; I'm not sure our Contractor's name but he was fantastic. Thanks!

I awoke to a malfunctioning water softener and a wet basement. Rocky Cross Construction is an approved provider of my insurance company. They showed up promptly to begin the drying process. Then we had to put it all back together again. The crews were very conscientious, polite and hardworking. They attended when they said they would and at the appointed time. This was important because I am still working from home and had some important calls. I would have no hesitation recommending them for a clean-up and restoration.

We recently used Rocky Cross Construction North to have our hardwood floors refinished. The project management was fantastic with all project deliveries completed on time. The communication was smooth between us and all contractors. The crew who did the refinishing was outstanding. They ensured the job was completed to impeccable standards and worked to ensure the job was completed on schedule.

We received damage to aour roof and siding due to a neighbours fire. RCCN was out there quickly to assess the damage and get claim going. The sub contractors did take quite a long time to complete the work but RCCN kept me in the loop as that went on and answered any questions that I had.

My basement had been destroyed due to a foundation crack and resulting mold growth. Rocky Cross came in and put my basement back together in one week! They were professional, quick, and clean.

I had to have windows replaced due to hail damage and during the removal and installation, my interior window trim and wall paint was damaged. My insurance company recommended DKI complete the work. I was amazed by the level of service I received. Not only did they do quality work but they checked in with me every step of to ensure I was happy with how things were going. All staff was extremely friendly and I would not hesitate to rehire or recommend this company to anyone in need.

Had water leak in the basement. It took awhile a team to start the work because of COVID law and budget adjustments. But quality is guaranteed. I would definitely recommend this company!
