We had our shingles replaced after the wind storm. They were very quick, on time, and extremely helpful. the cost was acceptable, and couldn't have asked for a better job on the replacement. They were respectful, timely, and friendly.

Why do I say it was a "Very Good Experience" all around?

The original appointment set up with Sunik
-Nicholas Sims showed up on time for the set up appointment. [This was a great start in my opinion having dealt with companies that don't keep appointments]

Nicholas didn't try to pressure me into anything-he explained all the options and went into detail as well as answering all my questions and was very patient in doing so. He didn't act like a sales person and was professional in manner and provided a quote, then also explained any variance that might show up on the job that would increase the price of the job. Fortunately this never occurred.

The crew, headed by Brad, showed up earlier than expected. Because I had expressed my concern over a problem I had dealing with noise Brad explained that they were going to do the job in one day rather than two as originally planned. This would have been accomplished but the crew ran out of tiles before the garage was completed and, therefore, they came back the next day, completed the garage roof and cleared up the debris in the yard. The bin was also removed very soon after Brads crew cleaned up and finished the job

Normally, this would be where Sunik's presence would end by other company's standards but Sunik sent an inspector around to check on the job completed by Brads crew.

Today your CEO came by to drop off the warranty papers,etc. and when he couldn't meet the 11:30 appointment time his office phoned and explained the delay.

The fact that your company keeps appointments and also keeps in contact with the customer when things have to necessarily be changed is very pleasant bonus.

I'm glad I chose Sunik to replace the roof on my residence and garage.

We hired Sunik to replace our roof for us. They were very professional when they came to do the estimate. The roofers were very professional as well. There were no hidden costs and we paid exactly what the quote was. They cleaned up after the job very well.

They have replaced two roofs for me, and repaired one. Their work is very good but serious problems are not taken seriously enough. Lots of concern, lots of promises, but no action. High winds caused chimney damage during one job when they whipped a large tarp attached to the chimney. Sunik promised to repair the brickwork, but their bricklayer only replaced half the bricks. Sunik promised to complete the repair but never did, and my phone calls continue to be ignored. Out of sight, out of mind. It's been three years.
