roofing repairs and replacement
They have replaced two roofs for me, and repaired one. Their work is very good but serious problems are not taken seriously enough. Lots of concern, lots of promises, but no action. High winds caused chimney damage during one job when they whipped a large tarp attached to the chimney. Sunik promised to repair the brickwork, but their bricklayer only replaced half the bricks. Sunik promised to complete the repair but never did, and my phone calls continue to be ignored. Out of sight, out of mind. It's been three years.

We take all Problems Seriously.
When I saw David Foy's post on HomeStars I was quite confused. As I had not heard from David in about 2 years. I Believed This was Put to bed.
To be fair the Mortar on the brick Chimney was failing long before we arrived. We never argued this fact, we took full responsibility.
We attempted to re-pare the Chimney, but some of the bricks went missing.
We then made several attempts to hire a qualified Brick contractor and were let down each time.
By then several months had passed. David had paid for the job but held $1000.00. Until the chimney was fixed. To my knowledge, were we left off was, David was to get the work done using the money he held from the original invoice, and we would call it even. We never made any attempt to collect the $1000. We have not herd from David in over 2 years
I think it is not fair to say, "Serious problems are not taken seriously enough" when the customer was fairly compensated .Nick Sims
