after 1 1/2 years had to pay $430 for parts replacement

After only 1 1/2 years I had to pay $430 to replace parts when Nimbus filter completely stopped working.
Extremely expensive filter change yearly plus membrane change. This is completely unacceptable. I have been asking around and now am hearing that Nimbus is one of the worst companies around. DO NOT USE NIMBUS FOR WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM.

Water damage caused to the Basement because of a leak post installation of the RO filter

the Nimbus team have installed a RO filter for water purification under my Sink and this has caused a water leak and has damaged my basement roof.
There was no issue before this system was installed and now i have this problem post installation and the nimbus team is not very helpfull in resolving this issue.

Appalling service and absolutely poor customer care

I had a leak in my K5 system. Called for service and was given 3 weeks wait time. I sent a photo of source of the leak so that tech can determine what is potential problem and can bring the right part on the service call date. On day of service, the service tech did not review the photo and came to take a photo of exactly what I sent to them and said he had to order the part and don't know how long it would take. Called the office and customer care has no solution. Notice on their website there is no contact for anyone other than customer care to make a complaint. Every issue you may have will end at customer care, which is absolutely of no help. I was not charged for the service call because I told the service tech I wasn't paying, but it does not solve my leak problem. Not sure when anyone will call back. I have to manage every step going forward as customer care is just a number with no interest to help customers with service required. K5 system is great, but wish the company has better customer service.

My home water softener system

I requested a service and paid a hefty price in 2017. I had some issues immediately after the service as no water in the salt tank. I reported and the technician came twice and told me everything alright. But they never put the system in filtration mode. It was running in bypass mode. I cane to know only last month when i called for a service. The technician told me the system was not under the right mode. When i called and complained, the lady attended the call told me it is my responsiblity to check the system and charged me another $200 for fixing it. I believe thescompany is not doing a good job and exploiting customers who does not know the system.

Reverse Osmosis and Water Softener - Broken system not working

I have purchased both Reverse Osmosis and Water Softener and reverse osmosis system is broken with in one year. when contacted the customer service they are not willing to fix unless charges are paid even though the bill says 3 year warranty is covered

worst customer service ever

you could never get a good service from these guys. minimum 4 to 5 weeks to get a filter replacement. we are adding 5 more units from different company. will never give these guys any more business. i am sourcing my filters from another supplier.

Service

Long wait time to service a water cooler, b/w 10 to 15 days. Service Technicians are inexperienced on equipment sold by Nimbus. Not a clear understand of equipment located on customer sites.

Don't trust them

They send one rep to break your equipment then they send another more senior one to replace it and charge you for it. Don't trust these guys what a rip off.

Nimbus

Nimbus has been my favourite water refill station here in Toronto. We’ve been refilling our 18.9 L gallon when nimbus was still at Wilson Avenue, Oakdale is a little bit far but it’s worth a drive.

Nimbus Water

I’ve tried so many different water bottle companies and they weren’t satisfactory to me. I learned about nimbus water from a relative and ever since then it’s the only water I drink. It feels and is more clean and fresh compared to water bottles.
