I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had a technician come in due to issues we were having with our new (< 2 month) Whirlpool fridge as an authorized service provider. After looking at our issue the technician told us he agreed that there was an issue but he didn't know how to fix it and will let Whirlpool know so that they can either arrange for someone else to come fix it or give us a replacement. We waited 3 wks...no call back...so called Whirlpool to follow-up. Turns out on the official report, the technician wrote there were no issues, and so there were no plans to followup or investigate further. The technician literally did the opposite of what he said (probably so he could get paid instead of saying "there is a problem but I couldn't fix it) and if we had no followed up, our 2 month old fridge would have remained broken.
