The installation Team was efficient and professional. All the neighbors want to know who did this work and we glad to tell them. A real pleasure to work with!

Emailed this company for a quote and within 15 minutes I received a call requesting more information. The person on the phone was polite and very helpful. A couple of emails later my order was ready for pick up the very same day.

I recently had new soffits, fascia and eavestroughs installed at my home. It was an exceptionally positive experience: Brian provided the quote and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were first class!! And the work was actually done in advance of when they quoted.

We needed a screen door made for our back patio. We went to aluminum and Associates based on a recommendation from a sales associate at Lowe’s. we took exact measurements of the door frame and photos and asked them to come to our home to confirm sizing. They then said “no we don’t need to do that” and proceeded to make a door that was TOO BIG- they failed to take into account the springs and wheels needed to make the door slide!!! They charged us delivery on top of the door price and
DID NOT EVEN TRY THE DOOR IN BEFORE LEAVING AT AT MY BACL PATIO! When I called/emailed them to say the door was too big they refused to come back and pick up the door that they made too big - unless I paid 70 deliver each way. After weeks of back and forth they have cut off dialogue and so now I have a screen door leaning up against the back of my house and they refuse to come back and make the situation right!! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed it’s shocking.

I just had the exterior of my house done with siding, soffits and fascia, these guys did an amazing job (and worked through some pretty crap weather) there were a couple of issues that I brought to Doug's attention and he took care of them incredibly quickly. My house now looks brand new and stands out from other homes on my street.

When I first decided to do this Brian from Aluminum Associates came and we sat down for over an hour looking at colours designs etc. After the 2nd get together he brought samples of the colours we had chosen then went outside to see them up against my brick work, it gave me a great heads up as too what colours would best match the brick work, and it is bang on, I then added on new front and back door storm doors

Your installer, Jeff, just left after fulfilling Part 3 of the project. He and his partners removed and replaced the fascia, eaves, and downpipes as indicated in our contract.

While I was impressed with their workmanship, what I was most grateful for was Jeff's suggestions about how I might change things to improve the look of the house and the channeling of the rain water off the roof. Those kinds of things add real value and cost nothing. His idea solved a problem I'd been grappling with for decades.

In addition to being obviously well-skilled, your installers were polite, hard working, and personable. They each seemed to take a personal interest in leaving behind a first-class result. And, by the way, I think they left the yard cleaner than they found it.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the results thus far and now am especially eager to meet your crew on Monday for the shutters and storm doors portions of the contract.

We first contracted Aluminum Associates in 1990 to install soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, shutters, window cladding and a new storm door. In 2008, it came time to replace all our windows and install a new steel entry door, and once again we contracted Aluminum Associates. Two weeks ago a new railing was installed on our front entry and Aluminum Associates did the installing. We have used Aluminum Associates for all our exterior renovations because their products are excellent, their sales reps are knowledgeable and easy to work with, and most of all their installers are top-notch and do excellent work. We have recommended they to all our friends and family members.

i had this company come in and they did a makeover of the whole outside of my home. the salesman helped with the new vinel siding and the look made my home look new. we went with board and batten look and it looks fresh and the window crew even washed my windows.the installer was so good that there is not one piece of scrap vinel anywhere.i should be in there showcase of new looks it updated my 50 year old home to be in the current market.
