I have a contract for annual cleaning of my a/c and furnace, About 2 months ago, a service technician came for the furnace cleaning. My furnace was quite old and it needed a major part replaced which was going to cost $800-$1000. Rather than plug that much money into my old furnace which had an AC fan and exhaust venting which was not compliant with current regulations, I opted to have them install a new high efficiency furnace with a DC motor. With this, I will reduce electrical costs on both heating and air conditioning Two workmen came, they put down rugs to keep my place clean, and they were done in one day. I was happy with the services overall and would highly recommend them.

Someone from Francis Home Environment Expert comes once a year to service my furnace. It’s usually a different person each time. They’re fine. I don’t have any problems with them. I pay them a monthly fee and it seems pretty fair. I’m satisfied overall with their services.

I needed to get my furnace repaired so I called them up on two occasions and service was extremely prompt...literally within 3 hours of my call. Carl was the service tech who came out. He was excellent all around. Very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it for me. The parts needed were a little expensive, but had they simply had to be replaced and I had full peace of mind that the furnace would make it through the winter. Carl was as good as his word....furnace worked great and I might even get another year out of it. I would highly recommend Francis and Carl was fantastic.

I have a service contract with Francis Home Environment for my furnace and ac units. They actually installed a brand new high efficiency furnace about 3 years ago. Everything has been good with the technicians and their price is less expensive than the provider I was using before. Plus these guys have seemed to keep a steady price. I would recommend to anyone looking for furnace/ac services.

As a long-time Francis customer, I had hoped to hire them to replace our furnace, AC and water heater. Their technicians Doug and Scott have provided impeccable service for the past 15 years. HOWEVER, the quote that the salesman Patrick gave us was outrageous, and forced us to look elsewhere. For the exact same equipment, the other quotes were 2/3 the price, and 2 of the companies have higher customer satisfaction ratings. In addition, the salesman did not include tax in his price even though the paperwork says "All costs included in bid - no hidden costs, fees or taxes." He also tried to push a higher level of AC on us, and only applied our "loyalty reward" to that more expensive piece of equipment, even though I had stated at the outset that we wanted a top-quality furnace and mid-quality AC. When I asked questions he had to phone in for answers, and he insisted on traipsing through the entire house to "see our windows", even though they are the same on both floors, and we had just had them replaced a few years ago. Odd behaviour which made me uncomfortable. In summary, I do recommend Francis for the service the technicians provide, but I cannot recommend them as a feasible, reasonably-priced alternative, given the pricing provided by this salesman.

A big thank you to Jennifer Jackson for a very professional consultation and flawless execution for our furnace install. She was the only sales rep that took a look at the whole house/system as well as thoroughly explaining the options availabe to us.
As well, Ian and crew did a splendid job on the install. Well explained, beautiful workmanship and thorough clean-up. They were very careful with our pets as well as doing a walk around to make sure that nothing was missed. Way to go guys!

Kaylie Chamberlin is a very pleasant person, professional and dedicated. Her explanations were clear and accurate. Easy to understand. What I have appreciated the most is her follow up with some issues. No grey zone. I wish i could do business with more people like Kaylie. The people who came for the installation did a great job and were also very professional. I could see they knew what they were doing. They answered my questions very nicely. Bravo to all and thank you.

Matt and Dan were very professional and efficient in installing our new furnace/AC/water tank. They were very knowledgeable in explaining what I needed to do to use our new equipment. We met Jennifer Jackson for our in house consultation and her knowledge and rapport with her clients made us feel really comfortable with our decision to replace our equipment. She is a fantastic front person for the company and then Matt and Daniel delivered an excellent service. I would recommend Francis to others based on the interactions I have had with these three people. I appreciated the followup visit from Jennifer. We have been enjoying our new furnace through the extreme cold temperatures.

Technician was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Did a good job, and answered all questions. Made good suggestions without being pushy or trying to sell. I will use again in the future.

Called the Francis emergency line due to a no heat situation. Was pleased with the response time. The service technician Scott B. was proficient in finding the problem and resolving the issue with a replacement part. He was helpful as well with answering questions regarding looking into replacing the furnace due to its age and now reliability issues. Thanks Scott.
