I have been extremely satisfied with Francis Home Environment from the time they installed our furnace, air conditioning and gas fireplace and their annual maintenance program. After more than a decade the equipment is still working well. This year, Ryan Pratt came to service the furnace and fireplace and did an excellent job of fixing some minor problems on the spot---such as a bug getting trapped in the furnace drain--and a corroded battery in the starter for the fireplace. Now everything is shipshape and I'm confident we will have a warm winter indoors. Not sure of the cost as I pay for a service agreement that gives a reduced rate for visits---and a couple of years is about $400 for all three
