Highly recommend Francis Home Environment. I called them to get a quote for a furnace, A/C and hot water heater. They scheduled an appointment and sent Julie D to my house, which, I really liked and felt so comfortable with her no pressure approach. We discussed different types of furnaces, A/C and water heaters that would meet my needs and my budget, also payment options. She explained the process and the specifics thoroughly. On the day of installation it was a rainy dreary day, a two men crew Zack and Moe arrived on time, then another two men crew arrived Pat and Josh J. The installation team was professional, clean, helpful, explained the installation process and were done by early afternoon.

Maintenance was excellent throughout the past 18 years. We always have a spring and fall inspection/maintenance and this when we book it without fail. Technicians are always polite, clean in their work and explain fully settings and state of our equipment. When our furnace stopped working on a -30 degrees February day Francis responded quickly. Our furnace was17 years old and repairs would be costly. A temporary fix was found and a representative came to explain the options of furnaces available if we choose to forego repairs. Having selected new furnace and air condition system we were most pleased with the installation and quality of the equipment selected.
