The service agent was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance for our air conditioner replacement. Techs did an excellent job of installation and provided information on the unit. Included in the transaction was a seasonal maintenance check on our furnace. The tech was prompt, efficient and pleasant with respect to answering questions and setting up our new touch pad thermostat. Overall excellent service.
