I had my furnace cleaned a month ago and today it wouldn't start, so Paul Boyer from Francis Home Environment Service Experts came in an hour and solved my issue - at no charge, even though the problem was created by the snow storm. He ensured that the furnace was working and was here for quite a while and showed me what to do if it occured again. He also recommended a change to the outside pipes on the exterior of the house which will avoid this problem happening in the future. The appointment to make the change to the exterior piping was booked promptly and we are very happy with the excellent and prompt service we received from Paul Boyer and from Kelly Francis Home Envornment. We would highly recommend them

We just had our furnace serviced by Paul Boyer today as part of our service agreement. I would highly recommend Paul if you’re looking for a great HVAC technician; he is very knowledgeable, fast, efficient and thorough at his work. While he was here, he also helped us fine tune our programmable thermostat to be more efficient.

My HRV required a motor/fan assembly replacement. Francis Home Environnement informed me that the part was still under warranty and was replaced with only a charge for labor. The appointment was made quickly, the work was done efficiently and the technician was courteous and answered all my questions.

Placed a call to Francis Home Environment Service Experts on a Sunday. Water was leaking from the furnace condensation pump. The technician, Paul B., called back right away and was at our house within the hour. He replaced the entire pump, at no cost. He was friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. He obviously loves his job - did it while humming a tune! Incredible service! Well worth the yearly contract we have with this company.

We recently had a house inspection. There were three connectors on the gas line that needed to be replaced due to a possible risk of cracking. The original work was done over 10 years ago, and we never encountered any problems. I contacted Francis Home Environment and the very next day two technicians (Zack and Kyle) came and replaced the gas connectors. They did a great job and there was no charge.

Work is carried out completely and efficiently and the results explained thoroughly in an understandable manner.
