We had a new furnace and a new air conditionner installed in May 2018. Around October, I wanted to program the thermostat and I read the instructions manual attentively. I tried once, twice and a third time but it did not work. I phoned the company to ask if I could get some help and sure enough I could for a small one hundred dollars and a few pennies more. I said it was a shame. And finally, the dispatcher decided to send a technician at no cost. The technician (Adam Riera) came. He was kind and efficient. I thanked him profusely. lb
