I have had a service relationship with Francsis Home Environment -Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. They are always professional and do quality work. Today was no exception. I had the cleaning of my air and dryer ducts. The service techs were knowledgeable and very friendly. Good Job. Service is a 10!

I paid 270 for service in 2019. I haven't received any service in 2020 as they installed for me a new heat pump. They called me and made an appointment for April 5, 2021 from 8:00 to 9:00 AM - but they never showed up or called to reschedule. When I call them I am placed in a permanent wait by a voice mail system and they don't have an e-mail to send messages to. A great disappointment. We have experienced such disappointments since 2019. A poor service.

Corey completed a furnace check, cleaning and filter replacement today. He completed the work quickly and carefully. We are very satisfied with his professionalism and courtesy. We have been a customer of Francis Home Environment for a few years and highly recommend their services.

Jake arrived as scheduled. Introduced himself and got to work. A thorough job was conducted and also helped me with how to set humidifier. Work was done promptly and ensured no issues. Very professional and personable. Would have him do our maintenance anytime.

I cannot say enough about Ryan McClement as our tech who diagnosed we were at the end of service cycle late on a cold Friday, after 18 years of solid performance from our Lennox gas furnace. His counsel was clear, pragmatic, and took into consideration our interests as his primary focus. We have maintained Francis Home Environment since the original unit was installed in 2003 as our service team, and he represents some of the best of their personnel. Within a week Chris and Andrew were here as our installers to make the transition to a new 96% efficiency unit, and they completed that work very efficiently, with the minimum of disruption from our current "work from home" environment. They both took great care, and were informative in orienting us to the new equipment. The worksite was tidy and organized from start to finish.
We also took advantage of the occasion to have them replace our "antique" rented conventional vent hot water heater, with a more contemporary model, which will pay for itself after a little under six years vs the old rental rate. Kudos to Ryan and Chris and Andrew!

Sales person suggested an install location that was not to building code, realized at time of install, required venting from a different wall 15 feet away and concentric venting as quoted was not installed.
A gas leak was noticed and had to be corrected on a subsequent service visit.

New furnace installed. Excellent service, from quote, to scheduling to installation. They communicated every step of the way and had fantastic attention to detail. Would very highly recommend this team! I have absolutely nothing negative to say. They know their stuff.

Have had a monthly furnace service plan for years that we switched effortlessly to new house a few years ago. On today's visit we experienced courteous office/ coordination staff that kept us informed of scheduling and changes when they were needed, staff that were neat and professional prepared for covid and had good advice, most importantly didn't try to upsell us on anything.

This is the third time we used this company. They are Very professional and kind. They were thorough, and explained in detail what to expect from the services. We only paid for the duct cleaning, as we have an annual maintenance package for our furnace, and air conditioner. TOTALLY worth it! Thanks guys! We will definitely use your company again.
