When I read some of the reviews on this page I was completely suspect of their ability to deliver in the time frame promised. Everyone was top notch and couldn't be happier with the outcome. These guys did a great job.

We purchased a package deal from Western which included a tub, toilet, sink and vanity for a small bathroom. We upgraded the toilet and tub, the latter had to be special ordered. After 2 weeks, they arrived with the wrong tub. This was blamed on their distributor, but clearly no one had bothered to check whether what was delivered to them was correct. We had to wait 10 days for the right one, and another 3 after that for the tiler. After he finished, the electrician came back to put in our lights and hook up the (air jet) tub. The workmanship is fine, but they made no effort to compensate for taking 3 weeks for what was supposed to be a 2-day job. Also, people don't bother to call in when they are sick or late, and Inter-office communication is poor at best.

I did some good research when I wanted to get my bathroom renovated, and because it was my master bath. There wasn't much recent about western - and I seen mixed reviews. After getting my estimate from them I felt pretty comfortable. The salesman answered all my questions well and he gave me a great price compared to a couple other estimates I had. I went to the showroom, picked out everything I wanted, and went ahead. It was fast and done very well. 10 out of 10, already told the guys at work about this company. Will look to them my next reno in this house or the next. Thanks western

Terrible salesman (David), was misleading and untruthful on more than one occasion. Pricing was totally unfair. Anything out of the norm or slightly "custom" threw them for a loop and they charged excessive amounts to do it. Could barely communicate with the tiler so what the sales guy promised us was not communicated to him. Don't get granite through them, the guy they use has limited poor quality remnants of granite to choose from. Just a nightmare! So disappointed in our decision to choose this company. Not what we expected at all. But I guess that's why they have to pay for full page add in a newspaper because "word-of-mouth" would not bring them any business. Not sure how they have been in business for 20+ years???

This company was awful. They moved the start date twice. They covered a heat vent when they did the sub floor and refused to re-tile after removing tiles to re-open the vent. They were rude and evasive when asked to fix problems. It was a bad experience!

Completely renovated existing main bathroom with new tub, shower, and ceramic tile on floor. Found WBL to be helpful and professional. Sent a crew of workers in to complete the job as quickly as possible. Were able to perform special request for floor and wall pattern. Very satisfied with materials and workmanship.

Our family had a bathroom done by this company and they have done an excellent job. They were accommodating and patient as we had some issues picking out the tiles (as not everyone in our home agreed) . The bathroom was complete in a timely span and we are so happy with the result (and the compliments). I recommend this company to my fellow calgarians, as it took us some time to find the right company.

It started with a delay in starting, then when it was finally completed within weeks the linoleum lifted and the mortar between the tiles was cracked and the problems with them taking responsibility was horrible and very delayed. The crack has never been repaired. Not a very customer oriented business especially when they did all 3 bathrooms.

Main family bathroom reno was done with finishes requested in an efficient timely fashion with no delays and as promised. Very pleasanrt sales and work crew to deal with from start to finis.
