We hired Western Bathrooms to do a package bathroom renovation. They used cheap materials and their workmanship was very poor. They paid themselves with our credit card before the work was completed a breach of their contract. They told us they were done with us. We talked to our credit card company and they told us to have the work looked over by another renovation company and have the second company write a report. We did this and the report said the blue board had to be redone as it had been breeched. The tile work that they had started was very poor. The tiles were not uniform or flush. When they started tiling we asked if they could make the tile flush and uniform and they said it couldn't be done. We asked if they had another tile man and they said no. Also the vanity and counter top they installed was chipped. After they found out we had another company come in to inspect their work they offered to finish the tile work. They even said it was a poor job and reflected poorly on their company. By some miracle they said they could get another tile man-something they couldn't do earlier. After all the half truths and poor quality material and poor workmanship and paying themselves before the work was done we lost all faith in this company. To make a long story short we went for 5 weeks with an unusable incomplete bathroom the toilet had not been installed ,the shower wasn't finished, the vanity and counter top were chipped and needed to be replaced , the tiling was not done neither the wall around the tub or the floor we finally got a second company to do the tiling and we are now waiting for a new sink and counter top which we ordered from Home Depot. It will take 3 weeks to come in and then we have to have a plumber in to hook up the water for the sink. We complained to the Better Business Bureau but with nothing done. We have lost the money as Western Bathrooms paid themselves and we have had to pay a second tiler and buy a new counter top and sink. This bathroom renovation has cost twice as much as it would have had we got a proper job done in the first place. They are nice to you until they get their money and then they want nothing to do with you. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It has been a nightmare. Research the renovation company very carefully. I wish we had.

I am sorry to hear about your wait time, unfortunately I am unable to pull your invoice through Homestars because of how long ago your review was done and at the time also we were unaware of Homestars and that there had been reviews.
I know at the time are showroom was being relocated and are management was going into some changes. But never the less communication is key and I am sorry of the hold time.
