They helped me with a clients bathroom tub replacement. They were able to schedule it in a very fast time frame. Arrived on time and completed work as promised. Will recommend them again!

My mother wanted to get her bathroom done as it has been the same bathroom she has had since she moved in when I was nine years old, I am now 33. As a surprise for her birthday myself and my family told her it was a treat of ours to give her a new bathroom, its the least we can do as she has helped me and my siblings achieve a lot in our lives. In June we met with Western and a few other companies but felt assured with western bath that they knew what they were doing and my mom wouldn't be without her bathrooms for long as she would have to go to use the downstairs bathroom during the process, and she is in her 70's so we didn't want her going up and down the stairs in all hours of the night and maybe get hurt. I also don't live in Calgary anymore so when I was home on vacation for a few weeks in the summer I wanted to make sure it was done by the time I went home. It was done and a lot shorter then I could have thought.
The installers were all nice guys and got the job done quickly and it was done to the nines. My mom loved it so much, that now she is itching to do the next renovation and keep the house looking new. So thanks for that western you guys did a bang on job and everyone compliments her on the job. The price was nice too

Just had my bathroom renovation complete, I talked with Ron and went with his advertised tub to shower package. Daniel later came out to go over samples and design and I am very happy with the idea of matching my floor tiles to my wall tiles. I did a bit of an upgrade going with the boarder tile in the shower I seen that my cousin had in his bathroom and really liked it, then we went with that to match my backsplash.
Having had moisture from somewhere behind the tub I was very excited to know that the package comes with all new walls, plumbing and subfloor that assured me the issue got fixed.
I also went upgraded with the new vanity, granite top, sink and tap, also they change with new plumbing .
Today the glass specialiast was out to measure for my custom glass doors that will take another 1-2 weeks to make and install (will update pictures at that time also) but for now just using my old shower curtin and rod as Daniel suggested.
Everything was explained to me very well and Daniel made a few trips to see me when I had a couple changes of samples and he always offered to show up with coffee. (Thanks Daniel)

To start off my wife is thrilled about the whole project because when I do something it takes longer then we think. Western Bathrooms sales were great, and patient during the process of designing our two bathrooms especially since she changed her mind a few times about colours in not one but both of out bathrooms.
We did our main bathroom which had been original with the house (25+ years ago) and our bathroom in the basement for the guest bathroom which I got done only a few years ago but needed some definite work.
The thing that took the longest was the glass for our main bathroom but that had to be custom ordered and we knew about that at the beginning so it was no big deal. My wife and our kids fight over the shower its so comfortable and modern. Our downstairs was a basic package and the deal was awesome, I had other quotes and people were out of their minds to just even put a liner over the tub and wall. Our original salesman Ron knew absolutely everything to know about bathrooms and really helped us figure out what we wanted and was there to answer our questions afterwards too.

Installed two bathrooms for us in the summer 2016. We live in Sundance and did a full gut reno on a 1985 hours. The bathrooms turned out well and my wife is pleased with how they turned out.

This company did a bang on job. My girlfriend picked everything out with the sales guy in no time and both bathrooms turned out great. The cost was less than I expected since I had two bathrooms done and I upgraded a few things (heated floors are worth it). I would recommend this company to someone wanting to get a bathroom done, they were done in a few days, were decently clean and helpful.

Western Bathrooms did an outstanding job on our total main bath renovation. They gave us a date 2 weeks from when we placed our order. Called one week prior and moved the date up 2 days, which was just fine with us. They originally told us it would take 3-4 days, and it ended up taking 5 days. This was not a problem for us, and they were able to accommodate a very last minute change with no problems. The plumber and tiler were very nice, answered all our questions, and were quite professional. After they were finished, we received a call to make sure we were satisfied with everything before they put the final charge through. We would definitely recommend them!
