We dealt with Royal Windows in 2002 In December 2010 we noticed a 4 foot crack in the upstairs window and contacted Royal owner. He came over, said it would be a few weeks. It is now the middle of June and the window has finally been installed. We met with endless promises and excuses and unreturned phone calls.

Royal windows and doors replaced our outdated 20 year old door with a great looking replacement.Everyone compliments the new look.It is a solid door with twin side lights.I came prepainted.
