Movers are inexperienced kids. They lacked all kind of tools from blankets to carpets to wrapper. They left a third of my stuff not moved because of lack of space in the truck. When we arrived they left my mattresses in the living room with almost all the boxes. they ruined the walls around the stairs and damaged half my furniture. When I complained they said I have to pay $250 and they can touch paint the furniture and try to fix it.

Hired the company to do our move on December 16th 2011. Workers arrived early and worked hard for the first couple hours. Slowed a bit after that. One item out of a house full of contents damaged, was eventually compensated for the item by the company.

These were the worst movers anyone could hire. They were 3 hours late. 2 guys only - 2 x 2' dollys only to move a small 2 bedroom apt. One guy was hurt on the job and we had to wait an hour for another. We had 3 pieces of furniture left to load so we told them we would meet them at the old age residence to get things ready for them. They showed up and hour and a half later because they had to repack the truck since it was not done properly. They put 4 pillows on a dolly instead of putting them on the other dolly on top of furniture - they had to be told how to do everything. They put boxes on a loveseat and all the boxes fell off and so a few things were broken. They would put the small boxes on the bottom and the large ones on top. They had to be told to wrap the mattresses and furniture so they would not be dirties or scratched. They forgot their interac machine (this is close to 9 hours now) and wanted this elderly person to go to the bank at 9 at night to get the money and she refused. We had to wait another half hour so that they could locate the boss to bring the interac machine. We had to haggle so has not to pay for the hour they took to reload the truck since this was not our fault but theirs. They gave us a whole a $50 off the move. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE INEXPERIENCED AND LOUSY MOVERS.

Awful service. A nightmare! They send me a downsized truck for the content to be moved. Movers are inexperienced kids. They lacked all kind of tools from blankets to carpets to wrapper.
