I have been working with Grant and Syles for over 15 years. I recently had to replace both Heater and AC unit at the same time. Grant made it so easy and the techs were fabulous. From the initial call to Grant to completely installed new units - 4 days. Fabulous.

Called Syles Mech. early this morning, Max their technician was here before noon. He was very professional, friendly, replaced the expansion tank very quickly, and cleaned up everything when finished. I highly recommend this company for your elec. refrigeraation, air conditioning work.

Brandon replaced the drain valve in our water heater. He was polite, did a great job and explained everything. He also compared tank and tankless water heaters for us. I highly recommend him and Syles.

Called on a Monday morning and service technician came out that afternoon. Kris was very professional - explained everything he was doing and why. When he was stumped he called Scott and together they came up with the problem. Scott delivered the part that was needed and problem solved.

So appreciate that Kris took his time to explain and find out what the problem was. Would definitely recommend Syles and especially Kris and Scott

I don't know about their HVAC service, I can only speak for plumbing service. The customer service is outstanding - people are courteous, prompt, helpful. The work service is not great. They like to fix or work in new stuff. Unfortunately my equipment are old but workable. I decided to try them rather than using Reliance for my normal service, but all they been doing is asking me to install new things - toilet, faucet, traps etc... If things are new, then of course everything runs great.

Chris and Brandon arrived promptly to find out why my A/C condenser was blowing cool air. The air conditioner was running constantly in the house but not keeping the house cool. The firm that installed the new airconditioner, furnace and tankless hot water heater was not responsive. I told Grant that I appreciate Syles professional, courteous and helpful service.
