Countertops review in Calgary

Delivered cracked countertop. Countertop later chipped and Dauter is implying it's my fault whereas the chip is consistent with crack was present on delivery. salesperson could not remember the only request we made and that he promised to follow up on. In a nutshell it was one big regrettable mess.

We compared prices and products at three places and found that the prices were very similar. We chose Dauter Stone because they had a slab that we really liked and their service seemed knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. Everything they did followed through on what our first impressions were. We had some minor but important issues and they came back twice to look after them with not a hint of it being an issue. Everyone from the sales, office and installation staff were professional and friendly. We couldn’t recommend them more.

We jumped in a sale at dauter and got a fabulous deal at dauter stone for 2 bathroom countertops. The salesman was great, I can't remember his name, he was just having his first baby, really really nice guy and set us up with a beautiful white quartz for both bathrooms at a great price. Thanks!
