Elba Windows & Doors

After getting 4 quotes we decided to go with Elba windows and doors.
Ralph give us many options for the project with out
pressuring us and at very competitive prices .
Great job on the installation and my front door.looks amazing ..

Elba provided free estimate and left us to make a decision unlike other companies that tried to pressure us. The estimate was honored even after 1 month had passed. In their warehouse they had some innovative items that we added to our list - such as sliding doors with built in blinds (love it!) and Double front door with glass and iron with gold accent (LOVE It!). We signed the contract in September and in October Elba sent in the installers. They were professional, courteous and did excellent work on the installation , ensuring all was in good order in each room they were in. They even brought to our attention the tiny detail of noticing that the alarm system wiring on one window was too short - they advised to leave the framing of the window unfinished so the security person can come and connect the wires. The Security technician who came on a different day was most appreciative and the installers from Elba promptly came to complete the window once we advised that the alarm had been connected. Overall we have been extremely satisfied with the products and the service. A special thanks to Ralf who gathered all our requirements and organized the entire project ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction.

Looked at several companies to get our front door and living room window replaced before finally choosing Elba Windows and Doors. We met with Leonard who carefully looked over and measured everything, and provided us with a couple of options and a reasonable price. I liked that everything was included in the price, no hidden fees. It took a while before we received our product, but in all fairness it is a busy time for the window companies due to time constrictions to get everyone's order in for the end of October in order to receive a rebate. Leonard always got back to me when I called and kept me up to date every step on the way.
When the installers came and were very friendly and professional and did the installation quickly and clean up afterwards. The new Window and Door looks great, also love that there company is close by (Mississauga). I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get new windows and doors!

Elba Windows and Doors were contracted to change all windows and doors in our house, due to some special customization the job took a bit longer than agreed but it was worth the extra time, we are satisfied with the quality of the products installed. Ralph and Leo were very professional throughout the process. The installers were experienced, respectful and just wonderful people.

Elba did a fantastic job installing our new front door and sliding patio door. We weren't sure if we had enough room for an 8 foot high door but they assured us they could customize it to make it work. We are very pleased with the outcome and we will definitely be calling them again next year to have our windows replaced!

We were quite pleased with the installation of our windows and two doors last fall; however, not so pleased with our attempts to get proof that our account had been paid in full and obtain the warranty papers. About the same time our first review went to Home Stars, we received the paperwork in question. We decided to wait to see how the products weathered the winter before writing a second review. At this time we would like to acknowledge that the windows and doors have met our expectations. We are very pleased with overall appearance and happy that they are very accessible to clean. Thus, we would like to revise our rating to 9.

We absolutely love our new windows and front door! Very professional service and the quality is superb! We've received many compliments on our new fiberglass door. Would highly recommend Elba to all our friends.

My parent's had their front window replaced. Due to the size of the window, the fact that it was triple glazed and the cold weather - it took a bit longer to install but as a courtesy Leonardo extended the guarantee.

Now they love their new window and it definitely is a lot quieter in the front room now.
