I had a broken garage door spring to replace. The tech arrived on the scheduled day 15 min early and did the work within an hour. I mentioned the sensor sometimes didn't work on hot sunny days and he tried a couple of solutions and so far it helped. He was interested in helping me and was very professional.
I would use again for my garage door needs.
