Maize did an excellent job for our 3-storey townhouse eavestrough installation. The quotation process was very efficient. I provided the address, and Raymond come back with a quote in the same day. The quote included a rough sketch. I reviewed the sketch, and discovered one window overhang was missing; Raymond was very efficient to add it in and sent a revised sketch within the same day.

I first contacted Maize in late fall, and they were able to accommodate my request to install it in early spring. Few days before the installation, I received an email from Raymond about the planned installation date. But it was delay by two weeks due to rain and high wind. The final product looks beautiful and professional. They use different color troughs in different sections matching to the house's exterior color scheme. I am satisfied with Maize's business communication, workmanship and quality of the product.

Maize has been a pleasure to deal with since day one. From sales to office staff to the workers. Everyone has been friendly and professional. They did an exceptional job, on a timely manner and we could not happier. It’s wasn’t an easy job as we had old outdated stucco that they strapped and put siding right over top. Many other companies didn’t want the challenge but maize was up for the challenge and knocked it put of the park! Posted a before and after for reference.

The company representative showed up at the time, and date promised to prepare the estimate. His explanations were clear, precise and the overall cost was reasonably priced. The installation crew was also just as punctual. Their work was expeditious, efficient and met our expectations. The job was completed with no clutter or mess left behind. Also, the final cost was precisely what was quoted with no surprises. Over the winter we had a minor problem with the eavestrough. The after-sale service was just as impressive. Highly recommended professional company all the way.

Critical: Quality
Three issues that came to light once thwy were done installing gutters:
1. The down spout for the upper level was not broght to the ground, but rather to the 1st floor roof awni g, causing undo wear on the roof.
2. The ends of the gutters were not properly sealed, causing much issues.
3. Yhe gutters they installed on the flat roof on the extension never worked properly,

The owner was not responsive to my texts or calls to the office, even though I offered to pay for the fixes. After a while, i gave up and I had to get another company in to fix. I am so not pleased.

I needed eavestroughing and found Maize had plenty of good reviews. It was easy to deal with them; they answered all my questions before proceeding with the work. On-site, the team was quick, efficient, and didn't leave a mess. The price was exactly as quoted; no surprises. Overall, a friendly, professional experience with no issues. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get eavestroughing.

Maize was recommended to me by our general contractor during the renovations on my house. The GC got the estimate for me. My project was finished in late October, so I was concerned when Maize told me they could get to me in February. My thought was, "They put up eaves troughs in the winter?" I was told yes, they work all year round.

My contact with the company was direct and all email. I don't think I had to make a single call. They send me my estimate, I approved it, scheduling was done, and payment after the job - all via email and online. I liked that. It was very easy.

I drove into my driveway one day in February and noticed a sign Maize sign on my lawn. While I was at work, Maize came, installed, and left. The fact that I didn't need to be home was a nice surprise. They did a really nice job and I like the colors of the downspouts matching my house; they aren't a stark white.

Overall, Maize was excellent and I highly recommend this company.

When the guys showed up to do the job the were happy, personable and very respectful. I saw them take the stuff out of the truck the 4 of them work so quickly no sooner I saw them take everything out they were cleaning up.. it looks amazing and perfect. We were so happy with the service and quality of the job we have decided to have the whole do by them. It’s hard sometimes to have people you don’t know come and do a job but these gentlemen were great so quick polite and perfectionists . I would recommend this company to everyone.
