Beecroft Appliance Repair

Very unprofessional!!!
Beecroft came to my house 3 times for the same thing and never fixed the problem. The repair man never checks his work and just keeps wanting to order parts.
The last time he was here was here he told me that the box was installed wrong by the electrician. Only to have a electrician tell me that it wasn’t installed wrong.
The electrician ending up fixing my oven at a cost of $145.00 instead of what the beecorft repairman wanted $411.88 to fix the oven.
Will never let them in my house again, talk about taking advantage off you!!! The receptionist is rude too. Complaint to Kitchen Aid as well.

I have a 2yr old Frigidaire Dishwasher Model FGID2474QF3B. The normal and heavy cycles do not complete their cycles. Error codes present i20, i60 and i11. Al Gillard was the tech who attended. Very pleasant at first and attempted to resolve the issues. Problem not solved. He said I need a new control board ($200). Board ordered and installed…did not solve my problem… Control board not defective.
Called Frigidaire and the codes present do not have anything to do with control board!!
The problem was the pressure switch. Spoke to Al about the misdiagnosed problem and he became very defensive , rude and condescending. He said they were finished with me and hung up.
$450 later and my dishwasher isn’t repaired.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNABLE TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS
BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU GAVE BEECROFT A ‘C’ RATING AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS LODGED AND NOT RESOLVED!!!
