Just Flooring-No Longer in Business

When it came time to select and purchase tile for our master suite renovation, we shopped around for the best pricing as well as selection.

Just Flooring's sale staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They assisted us in selecting the right type of flooring for our requirements and were price-competitive, allowing our contractor to take advantage of the contractor's pricing. Overall, we were morre than pleased and will consider them again.

John was excellent in helping us select linoleum for both our bathroom and kitchen. A very good selection with competitive prices along with great advice made for an easy purchase. We'll be going there first for any future purchases. Highly recommended!

Great sales people who were happy to share their knowledge. Prices were good and they recommended great installers. I would purchase flooring here again and would also use the installers again. (Quick, meticulours workand even cleaned up after.)

Darren was very helpful and very patient and appears to be very knowledgeable. Help us to find a very affordable product and we really like the look and color of the floor we purchased. As well, Darren helped me to find a very affordable floor leveler (Orien.ca @ 604-250-8191). Orien came and did his work on very short notice.

I needed carpet for my basement and Just flooring was the first place I went. The salespeople were very helpful and knew alot about the type of flooring I needed for my situation. They even hooked me up with an installer who did an amazing job and i looove my new carpet!!!

In 20 minutes, we had bought the carpet and underlay, booked the measure and install. The salesperson did not try to upsell us, was very honest and when I called to check in, I had the name of one person responsible for our order who knew who I was and the status of the order. In one week, the carpet was installed beautifully!

After the purchase of our flooring, there were some apparent defects in the material. Just Flooring refused to take any responsibility for the product and were marginalized our complaint. We eventually were able to make the repairs ourselves. We would not recommend Just Flooring to any other prospective renovator as their after sale service was completely unsatisfactory.
