The plumber came in and seemed very thorough about his work. We suspected a thermocouple so tried this 1st. Then pilot still didn't stay lit so he went out to get a new gas valve. It was very complex to work around such a tight area.
After the gas valve pilot stayed lit and he check and made sure furnace was firing properly.
I have Encompass home warranty and was skeptical on what would be covered. The guy dealt with insurance to make sure it was all covered before he started to install the parts. I was happy I kept paying for the home warranty program at 15.95 monthly through my mortgage company
I had to pay 50 deductible which was a small cost.
In all very happy my furnace works and happy they sent a guy that knew what he was doing. I got 2 coffee mugs and a fridge magnet to boot. I would use this company again. Thanks for getting my furnace going.
