Very professional from getting quotes to having the work done. Everything was done when promised and very little disruption to our home the day they were installed. We noticed a paint chip on our front door at the end of the day, but with a call to the main office it was touched up and not noticeable within a week.

Replaced 3 large casement windows and a 5 panel bay window. From the quote to installation everything went perfectly. Verdun had taken over another company I had dealt with and they honored the warranty on our previously installed front door. A week after the install I noticed a flaw in the glass on one panel, I called and within a few days another panel was installed and an adjustment made to my front door. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you for a job well done.

Replaced all windows on main floor 2 years ago. We were so impressed that we replaced all the basement windows this year. The windows are huge and they were replaced in February in 30 degrees below zero weather. The men were freezing but never complained and did a fantastic job. I can't say enough about the service and the product. I highly recommend Verdun.

Front door was replaced in a timely fashion. Happy with the final product of the door. My only concern is with the lock hardware installed on the door; the dead bolt handle seems a bit flimsy, but with the 25 yr warranty my concerns are pretty limited.

The 2 gentleman who worked on replacing my doors, were professional, friendly, and helpful. They were quick to get all the work done and even cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with their services.

From quotes through installation, Verdun excelled. We compared prices and choices with a few competitors, but the choice was easy - and we are so impressed with the results. Two cold days in December and the guys did amazing work, were friendly, respectful and most importantly very skilled at what they do. We had Verdun replace a basement slider style window. The sales visit was fine. On the day of the install, a 3-person crew showed up. The old window was out in just minutes, and the new window was installed very quickly. Workmanship looks great from what I can tell. We're very pleased with the results and will give Verdun a call when we're ready to replace windows on the other levels of our home.
