Just wanted to send a HUGE shout out to the service team working in Kanata yesterday.

Our sliding patio door handle had broken a few weeks ago, and we were waiting on a replacement part.

Over the weekend our door became locked shut, and became a huge problem as it was our secondary fire exit so we were feeling very uncomfortable.

The tech (sorry did not get a name) did an unscheduled stop at our house, fixed our handle with a new one , and were back and operational, all within a couple hours of calling the service line.
