The products themselves are very good. Office seems somewhat disorganized. Was given a date and when they called to confirm, they gave me another then delayed delivery into october. The front door arrived with damages so i chose to send it back. unfortunately, this cost me another 4 wks (not to mention having no front door and freezing til 5pm - they were supposed to come between 7-9am).
The installers did a fine job. They are assigned where to go and bear the brunt of the customer.
