Awaiting further service

My original review is below. Since then, Verdun has addressed most of my issues and has promised to address the remaining issues. So far, they are on the right track. I will update this review when all my issues have been resolved.

Original review:

Appalling customer service

They simply don't care about their customers.

I replaced most of the windows in my house at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars.

The windows that were installed were filthy - many globs of glue on the glass, literally 6 cm long, globs of caulking, countless globs of dirt. New windows should not be filthy.

Unresponsive

They do not respond to emails promptly.

No one takes responsibility

It's impossible to get a name of anyone in the company who will take responsibility or ownership for anything. Good luck trying to get a name of someone in authority if you have issues.

No respect for people's time

They come unprepared, requiring them to return repeatedly. This requires customers to take endless days off work to accommodate them.

They estimated the job would take 2 days. Although they found nothing unexpected, the job took double. They simply couldn't be bothered to figure out ahead of time how long the job would take.

Defects after installation

They sent someone to address an issue involving windows on my 2nd and 3rd floors. The person said he can't climb ladders. So, why did they send him?

There are scratches in the new glass (installed last week) and needs to be replaced. .

My new screen has chipped paint.

The list of problems is endless. I still don't have the name of an individual at the company who can address my concerns.
