Front Door & side window

We have been waiting for almost 18 months for our door and window. There has been very minimal communication from Verdun and the sales rep Michel, any updates we have received have turned out to be false. For example in January 2022 we were told the door would arrive in three weeks and installed a week after receiving it. After waiting 6 weeks we called for an update: the door hadn't been shipped, the door hasn't even been completed, they have absolutely no idea when it will be ready because they're still waiting for parts (ie it hasn't even begun being built).
After receiving an apology from Michel promising to "make things right" we've not received our door, not received any updates, we're still constantly the one's reaching out. We have called and emailed multiple times but everyone keeps pushing us off telling us to speak with Michel who is borderline unresponsive.
I've asked to speak to a manager, and either no one is available or as always they say "we'll get him to email/call you" which never happens.
I've asked for the contact number for the manufacturer to get an update from them and they will not give me the number.
I've asked for a photo of the door on three occasions for proof that it's even been started, and have never received it.
Anything I ask for I'm shut down or ignored, while they hold my deposit as ransom. I am absolutely disgusted with how I've been treated by Verdun. My review on google was the only one that hasn't been responded to, yet I was asked by Michel to change it. They won't acknowledge the post publicly but they will privately ask me to remove it. What. A. Joke.
I tell everyone I come in contact to boycott this company as they treat their clients like absolute dirt. They have in now way shape or form made anything right and that apology meant nothing at all.
