AC required rework after inspection

I hired Action Furnace to install AC in our home. The unit failed inspection with the city. Action was quick to correct the noted issue and am now awaiting a second inspection.

AC Failed Inspection

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Calgary

I hired Action Furnace to install AC in our home. The unit failed inspection with the city. I now have to arrange for both Action and the city to come back and remedy the deficiencies. Action is not willing to compensate me for this error which is disappointing due to the time and effort this now takes on our side to be resolved (re-visit from Action and re-visit from the City of Calgary). I question the quality of the workmanship - hence the failed permit inspection.
