Heating & Air Conditioning review in

The Action Furnace Servicemen were in my home for a tune-up of our 3 furnaces in January of this year. All 3 were tested prior to the tune-up. After being serviced only two of the furnaces worked. Diagnosis....fried control board, a coincidence. Repair cost quoted $1,040.
Attempts to contact Action Furnace for some kind of explanation were ignored X 3.
An alternate furnace service company was requested to offer a second opinion. They agreed the fault was with the control board. The repair cost was $748.
I do believe the Action Furnace servicemen were competent. My concern was with being ignored when I called. The repair price differential is also interesting. A loss of trust is difficult to overcome.
