Handyman Connection Ottawa

Handyman Connection is great! We've used their services several times over the past year in our new home. Twice their handymen gave us advice on how to fix issues free of charge! We've also used them for major electrical work with good results.

The only reason why they don't get a perfect rating is the work of one of their handymen, Kees/Casey. If you call HC and are told that he will do the work, make sure to ask for someone else!!! He was supposed to put in a spa base for us and make changes to our patio stairs. Well, he did both of those things, but the spa base is not level, and the stairs are now higher than they are wide!!! (Luckily, HC has agreed to honour their warranty and sent out another handyman to fix his work). Plus, he speaks with such a thick accent that we gave up trying to tell him what was wrong! We really hope that HC will find someone else to engage in his place.
