Start to finish Vince was one of the trades we knew we could count on his experience, expertise, and hard work to finish the job. Any issue that came up was quickly resolved and we knew that Vince was looking out for our best interest. Pricing reflected the expert and high quality, timely work.

Did a bathroom/bedroom renovation, bathroom was completed from the ground up, no existing bathroom at the time. Company stuck to very tight deadline and budget. End product turned out amazing to say the least! So many compliments on the bathroom. Worked very well, quick and clean. Responded to all phone calls and inquiries in a timely manner. Was very easy and pleasant to communicate with, never kept us in the dark about anything. Also made great recommendations for the tile work that in the end looks really classy and timeless. It is a very trustworthy company, would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone!

Have also used the company prior to the reno for plumbing jobs, was always impressed at how timely and clean they always worked. Responded very quickly to any urgent calls, never left me hanging. Very impressed.

My daughter had constant toilet issues. As Vince had said on the call, something must have been dropped or fallen into the toilet to require plunging all the time. After a few minutes he found the problem - claw clip!! Quick service and fast response thanks Vince!

Exactly 1 year ago, Vince installed a back-flow valve and a sump pump. What a great job. Not only was his plumbing/excavating/cement work excellent, he also did all the City paperwork for us (our neighborhood has a rebate program due to past flooding) and he was here when the City inspector did the follow-up check. The City guy looked at both the valve and the sump pump said, 'Wow, that's a beautiful job.' Vince and his team were very professional, always on time, always responsive, and they kept the place clean and neat. I've recommended him to friends and they've also been happy. Highly highly recommend him.

We called Brass Plumbing to help with a blocked drain because we were very happy with the service they provided when installing our black flow valve and sump pump last year. Vince worked effectively and efficiently in clearing the problem, left the work site spotless, and provided valuable advice on how to avoid further issues. We plan on calling him back to install a new dishwasher.

Brass Plumbing installed our sewer backup valve and sump pump. They did a professional job, submitted all the paperwork to the city. Everything went smoothly, got the inspection and the rebate from the city. Vince also fixed a number of other plumbing issues including the inverter on our bathtub faucet,... a previous plumber was unable to fix. I was thrilled to find someone so helpful and knows what he's doing. We recently had the shower ceiling fallout out from a leak. I called Vince and he came right away. Fixed the leak and had the ceiling retiled within a couple days. Trustworthy and reliable!

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

A A Brass Plumbing were hired to do plumbing in our house. After completing about 50% of work and receiving payment for it, they began threatening us with work stoppage and delays, unless we pay them a 35% advance.

Immediately after receiving the requested advance, they vanished - simply took off with the money, leaving the work unfinished. We never heard from them since.
