Roofing review in

I had my property reroofed by another company. The former decided to retire (as so many are now). I called Parker Johnston about the problem and was advised it would be $165 plus taxes to send someone out to look the job over, then it would cost additional to get the work done. I asked them to send out someone who could solve the problem while they were on site. I don't want to pay extra for a small job.
An employee attended and advised my tenant what the roof was not leaking, it was condensation in the attic. Ok, fine. I would have expected that PJ would have gotten in touch with me at the time and advised what the problem was. I did eventually received the information at a note on my invoice two weeks later.
Not the best service.
