The only downside was that their van broke down as they arrived to do the job, and they had to postpone for a day. But they were efficient, tidy, cheerful and did an excellent job of installing.

the sales and installers were very professional, polite and good in timing, the area were cleaned after the work done. the price was reasonable the product quality is good, I had another window was installed by the same group three years ago.

Great job by this company starting with the sales rep. He never tried to hard sell us. He listened to our needs and was anle to give us an estimate that was realistic and within our budget. He said someone would come in a few days to take measurements. They came when he said they would. The installers were professional and quick to finish job. Rated them a 9 out of 10

From the moment Dan walked into our home we felt he could be trusted. There was no hard sell and he just gave us the facts and his estimate. He was very pleasant and flexible. We actually weren't 100% ready but we couldn't let him leave. Udi came to do exact measurements. Work was to be done in 2 weeks and they were right on schedule. Udi and his crew were incredible. They worked so hard for several hours and we were thrilled with the result. I would highly recommend this company.

The sales person took time to explain there product had an unbiased opinion of other companys and did not push me to buy the windows. The installer was very professional and did not hurry or cut corners when levelling the windows and insulating them. They cleaned up after themselves after the job was completed showed me the windows were operational and only then asked me if I was full satisfied with the job.

Loyal Seal came in and did the job with tremendous speed. The took a large, 40-year-old picture window out and popped in a new, high-efficiency one in about 30 minutes. Everything was left neat and tidy. A great experience and a wonderful upgrade.
