Dony Aluminum

I Hired Dony Aluminum April 2011 to replace eavestrough and to add leaf guards:Yes every time it rains they leak at the corner's.! I called Dony he came the same day: But suggested putting back a drain pipe that was taken out when he did the job the first time: But he wanted a service charge at $150.00 + tax.!! I wouldn't recommend Dony Aluminum to anyone: Save yourself any aggravation; Just don't Hire this Company.!!!!!

We hired Dony Aluminum a year ago to replace 9 windows in our home. We gave him a deposit of $1400. After a number of promises we have no windows and no deposit. Never heard from him again. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Just like Janet's story, you better hope they get the job right and what might appear to be a good job, might turn out to be the opposite years to come. We had our entire house redone by Loui and his team at Dony Aluminum. He was wonderful to deal with and appeared to do a great job, until a year later and a leak on one window. Three years later, same leak, leaking eaves troughs (tilted), siding has come off with wind. Numerous attempts through their website, phone, text and Loui still has not come by. He has replied on a couple occasions saying he will come by after he's done current job, but never shows up. They've got their money, they don't care! Considering small claims court. Save yourself the hassle and don't use these guys!

If you hire Dony Aluminum you better pray that they get the work done right the first time. Although they have warranty, but it’s impossible to get them back to fix problems.

I hired them to replace eaves trough and gutters last year. When spring rain started this year, I noticed large amount of water would leak through the eaves trough and come down in the front of the house, instead of all going through the drain pipes on the sides. Water overflowed and dropped down between the front door and the middle of my porch. I strongly suspect the gutters are tilted to the right (can be seen from in front of the house) and causes water to overflow at that area. I can even see marks from the old gutters which suggest the new ones tilted the wrong way.
My husband and I called numbers of times and left voice mails, asked that they come over to take a look. The first time when my husband finally got the owner on the phone, he said to send him an email to describe. We did and we send follow up email when there was no response. We had to call again and again to try to talk to them. Finally we got him on the phone one day but he said they were busy and asked us to call back in one or two weeks. We waited for two weeks and to call him again, but he did not respond to our phone calls and voice mails. We then send him email, message through their website, and even sent them a registered mail. They just kept ignoring us, not even willing to come over to take a look at least.

I would not recommend their service to anyone having gone though what I went through. Once they get money, you are no longer important to them and you will be ignored should you have any problems.

They did a very good job on our house.
He suggested using two different colours which we wouldn't have thought of and it turned out really nice.
I would use their service again on another project.
