Accurate Dorwin

The windows were mid tier quality and pricing was middle of the pack relative to market. Paid 80% up front. One week after installation I was threatened with legal action for the amount owing. I paid in full in less than the net 30 days required. I have multiple properties and have never used them or recommended the. Poor customer service.

All around great service, from sales to booking to installation! The crew was very polite and professional. We are very pleased and will use them again for future projects. Thank you!

We contracted with this company as our neighbors had them and were very pleased. We met with their sales representative Terrence who was most accommodating considering we made several changes which was what Terrence had suggested in the first place. He paid attention to every detail which resulted in a first class installation. I had a custom front door, patio door and all windows done. The team of three that did the installation was lead by Haydin and they were on time, professional and covered all floors, vacuumed on completion and were extremely hard working. I couldn't be more please with the outcome and would highly recommend this company, sales rep and installation team.

We ended up purchasing our window and door package from Accurate Dorwin. I wish I could say that we had a positive experience, but it has been horrible. I have to first say that the sales person (who is no longer employed with them) was amazing. he took the time to answer my questions, and updated my quote several times because of changes that we made. When I made him aware of the issues I was having, he started working immediately on forming a game plan. Cory, I don't know where you ended up, but I hope that company knows they are lucky to have you!

Unfortunately, the service disappeared when Cory left. He told me that he had passed my contact information on and that I would be taken care of...but I wasn't. I had to make several phone calls and email several times before someone got back to me (Cory left in August 2013 and I didn't get a reply to multiple emails and phone calls until February, 2014).

When I finally did hear back from someone, it took months of writing back and forth and then finally a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get them to send someone to repair some, but not all of the issues I needed addressed with the doors. They still haven't addressed everything and have indicated that they will not address these issues.

Last, the windows I bought are leaking. They didn't sent someone out to address the windows leaking at the same time as the door service technician came. Again, they ignored my emails requesting a game plan. It wasn't until I had paid to have a report done (paid for by myself) that they emailed back. The report showed that the windows were not manufactured properly. By the time they emailed back I had already hired a company to make the necessary repairs and the majority of the work was complete. Unfortunately, the interior of the windows are a wood veneer, and are damaged because of the leaking. They have refused to compensate me for expenses I have incurred to repair the windows themselves, as well as the wood veneer.

If anyone is considering using this company, please reconsider. If you want to see the report or pictures, please contact me and I will send it to you. Please do not pay tens of thousands of dollars for windows and doors that are faulty. I don't want any other families to suffer the same stress that we have the last 2 years at the hands of this company

I ordered windows and doors from accurate Dorwin after being assured by the sales rep that customer service is a priority for this company. Unfortunately, we've had several issues, some which the manager I've been in contact with acknowledges are the responsibility of accurate Dorwin. However, they are refusing to address any if the issues unless I sign a document saying that I accept they won't repair the items I was originally told they would. It's been a very frustrating experience. I want to love this product, but my experience with getting the items repaired has been less than satisfactory.

We needed to replace the old 70s era casement windows in our home. In doing so we wanted to maximize energy efficiency with triple pane, low U-factor, windows and by using windows with a high solar heat gain on our southern exposure which stays shaded in the summer but gets sun in the winter.

Many of the big U.S. companies have a one-size fits all approach to window coatings and shoot for the lowest solar heat gain possible. Accurate Dorwin is different, it custom makes each window and can taylor your windows with a variety of glass packages. Not only that, they do this at a very reasonable price and the window quality is superior.

Since they do not have a dealer in my state, we had the windows shipped here and got the local Loewen dealer to install them (we used Loewen windows in two rooms because we wanted the douglas fir). It can be hard to find a contractor to install windows that you order on your own, but it is worth the effort.

Accurate Dorwin makes fiberglass framed windows and the quality beats anything I have seen on the market--including Marvin (which is a good company). The hardwear operation is as smooth as butter when opening and closing the windows.

The price (even with shipping) also beat any comparable window I considered and the customer service was the best I have ever encountered.

This is a great company that produces amazing windows.
