I ordered an adjustable snap disc that was showing stock in the system because I needed this in 1 - 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called and the rep said it was on back-order, yet the DC showed stock. Transfers from the DC should be automatic. I purposefully ordered a part that showed stock in the system. At 3 weeks there was still no part. I did finally get the part. But it took a phone call to fix this. Your ordering system is broken.
