I had ordered a solenoid and a filter for my humidifier in November of 2020 and received the solenoid within a couple of days! Unfortunately the filter was a special order and had to be ordered in. In February I was advised that it should be received by the end of February. When it wasn't received in February I contacted the customer care center who advised that it was again on delay until the end of March. This was not good news. As I did have a technical question as well, I was transferred to the desk at the Edmonton location where I had the pleasure of talking with Briley. Not only did he expertly answer my questions but looked up my delayed part and had it shipped out the next day! No more waiting! Briley was polite, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Thank you Briley!
