Excellent service, the repair was done in a very timely manner. Service tech. Knew exactly what to do. Our washing machine was back up and running less than a day from my initial call.

Bought three Maytag appliances from Boys. All three broke down within approximately a year. Serviced the dishwasher and all was good until both the washer and dryer broke down. Service rep Aaron was excellent and very efficient. Parts were supposedly ordered for washer and dryer. After five weeks or so, kept calling and dealt with female office worker who insisted that the delay was due to covid. Eventually went into store. Was told to call Maytag myself which I did. Maytag had no record of a parts requisition. Boys couldn't repair dryer due to lack of qualified person. Maytag sent in repair person and fixed everything for free. Why shop locally? Just deal directly with the manufacturer for repairs and get results with less run around and nonsense. Have dealt with Boys for years but something is not right any longer. Mike Rishworth

Used this company when i was buying new appliances for my home. Salesman Phil was very helpful and I will use them again if i need more appliances in the future.
