November 12 2018 after several attempts we were unable to reach them on the phone because of busy signals Twice we paid them a visit in person to report that the wooden harness that holds the tempo attached to the wall has detached. The first visit we were assured it will be done soon. The second visit we were told because of urgent scheduled installations it will be postponed the first week of December
Today is Dec. 2 and if the work is not done as I had mentioned to them I will put a stop payment for the cheque due in January 2019

Snogone is in a class all its own.
Helpful, knowledgable and with after sale service which is second to none, I would refer them to anyone looking for any size car shelter, small or large.
