There are not enough stars to rate how I feel about Power Vac. Extremely polite when I called for a quote and to set up the appointment. Brent, the young man who came to do the work, was extremely polite, professional and when he left he did not leave a mess. Power Vacs price turned out to be $145.00 cheaper than another air duct cleaning company that I checked. I would highly recommend Power Vac for their quality of work, price, friendliness and professionalism.

I had my ducts cleaned by Powervac and I couldn't be happier with everything - from customer service booking, to the actual service itself. My technician was Zack, and he did the most amazing job. I'd give more than 10 stars for his service alone. He was informative, very friendly, walked me through the whole process, showed me before and after photos, and even had a biscuit for my dog! I'll definitely be recommending powervac and Zack to my friends and family!

I dealt with a Staff member from Power Vac. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had his trained staff members attend to our residence to perform a duct cleaning service. They were prompt, on time and did an excellant job for my wife and me. They responded to our questions willingly and explaned their process to us to help us understand the procedure. I would gladly recommend their services to those looking to have their house vents cleaned and sanitized.

They were courteous. The work was sloppy. The ducts were located in a baby and toddler play room. There were shards of metal left on the floor and I can still find tiny pieces of metal once in a while despite having vacuumed numerous times. My son had a tiny piece in his toe. I didn’t realize that the procedure required cutting the ducts, otherwise I would’ve laid an old sheet on the ground as a precaution.

From first phone call, to service in our home with a knowledgeable and professional technician, to final wrap up and billing each member of this team was the perfect example of customer service and care . Our home is fresher and cleaner and we have excellent results.
