My wife and I hired PowerVac to clean the air ducts in our new house, and couldn't be happier with the service. From our first call to request a quote to the actual cleaning, the team at PowerVac was extremely friendly, transparent, and helpful. Our technician Jeremy was very patient with us, explaining the process in detail and answering all of our many questions. He showed up within the half hour service window we were provided, and the final bill was exactly what was quoted during our first request for an estimate. Would definitely recommend PowerVac for anyone looking for air duct cleaning!

Great job, so pleased, our ducts were very bad, and think we shocked Dimitry Roberts with how dirty they were.

Dimitry took the time to show us, pointing out how he will clean, he did a review of the house, and off he went to do his work, he spent a lot of time.

So we are sure pleased, we had silvery fish and now do not see any, i have put out the sticky strips, they appear to be gone. Dimitry was mannerly, very informative, friendly and worked off on his own, just dug in and went at it. We so enjoyed him having the service done and will not wait so long again. Dimitry posted when the service should be done again, with a sticker, showed us what he did, camera wise, as well.

So all great, certainly Dimitry is the star. Thank him for his careful effort.

We did an upgrade of a 30 year old home. All new cold air returns, New drywall and insulation. After replacing the 4 inch thick furnace filter 3 times in six weeks, we called Power Vac. Now the filter will only need normal replacement. Very happy with the work done by a pleasant professional.

We used them for duct cleaning immediately after we moved into the new house. Were super responsive on quoting, job scheduling and the actual job was fantastic. Were courteous and cleaned up behind them. Showed us the pictures and the stuff the previous owners "left behind". They showed us where we had overcounted vents and explained those were exhaust fans. Did not do those and did not charge us for those.
I thought they missed the dryer vent, and called them. They sent someone to take a look and explained clearly that they cannot do vents not at ground level. Even explained how I should do it.
We could not be happier with a service provider. Thank you guys!
